Flow Cytometry Anchor Gates

This project develops the concept of “Index Gates”, which are automated visual cues which aim to inform a human analyst as to the salient phenotypic features of the entire population of cells analyzed across all flow tubes using a single, information dense “snapshot” that highlights familiar subsets and their locations in the CD45xSSC diagram.
