Camelyon Breast Cancer Segmentation Challenge

A competition to classify pixels in histopathologic scans of breast tissue, learning from polygon hand-drawn annotations from pathologists.

Here is something we segmented. We simply trained a pixelwise classifier on tiled sections of the image.
